The Full System.

All four stages of the Sussex Growth Builder, run for you. We work out what to say, write it, film it, edit it, post it, run the ads behind it, build the system the leads land in, and then film the clients who came through it. You turn up to the shoot and ring the leads.

  • The whole month planned and scripted. You never turn up to a shoot and get asked to think of something on the spot.
  • One full shoot day a month. Talking to camera, B-roll and stills out of the same booking.
  • 12 edited reels. Up to 60 seconds each, colour graded in house, delivered ready to post.
  • 40 edited photos. Hand picked from the full gallery, not hundreds of near duplicates.
  • A B-roll library. Every usable clip colour graded and handed over, so it is there to pull from later.
  • Ad creative filmed on the same day. Paid and organic endings on every script, so one shoot feeds both.
  • Captions written and everything posted for you. Across your platforms, on a schedule, with your profiles kept tidy.
  • Meta ads built, launched and managed. Targeting, budgets, testing and the changes month to month. Ad spend is separate and paid direct by you.
  • A lead form or landing page for the ads to point at. Built, published and wired into the CRM.
  • Your own CRM, set up and populated. Pipeline, stages and contacts, so every enquiry has a place to sit.
  • A dedicated business phone number. Call and text your leads straight out of the system, from a number that is yours.
  • Follow-up automations. Instant reply on a new lead, missed call text back, and the nurture sequences behind them. Most sales come from follow-up.
  • Google reviews requested automatically off completed jobs. Mark the job done, the review request goes out. Your reviews stop being a thing you keep forgetting.
  • Testimonial filming built in. The clients who came through the system become the next set of ads.
  • Monthly reporting. What the ads spent, what came in, what it cost and what happened next.
  • Priority on shoot dates. You get first pick before the diary opens up to one-off bookings.

Both include the same monthly shoot, the same twelve videos, the posting, the ads and the CRM. The Full System adds the things that compound: photography every month, your own clients on camera, and someone actually reading the numbers back to you.

One thing worth saying out loud

Content on its own is a brand play. It makes you look like the business you have actually built, and it converts people who were already looking at you. It does not, on its own, produce a measurable number of enquiries. That is why the ads and the CRM are in both of these rather than sold as an upgrade, and why we still will not promise you a lead volume.
